Kitty Bertazzi is a Brazilian film director, who lives between São Paulo and Berlin. Beside of a vast experience in commercials she has directed fiction for Netflix Latin America and for Globoplay Brazil, notably episodes for ‘BROTHERHOOD’ and ‘THE ADVENTURES OF JOSÉ AND DURVAL’ about the famous country duo Chitãozinho e Xororó, 

While studying acting at the Lee Strasberg Institute in NY, she developed a taste for being behind the camera. After completing cinema courses at New York University (NYU), she moved back to Brazil and started directing at O2 films, the production house affiliated with Fernando Meirelles, director of the iconic "City of God."

Throughout her career Kitty directed a variety of commercials in different styles. A key aspect of her work is a genuine affection for collaborating with actors, especially children. This enthusiasm is evident in her work, where authenticity, intuition and empathy define her creative vision.
